InsideOut garden offices need minimal heating, no air conditioning and use little electricity.
We Project Manage Whilst You Relax. All InsideOut buildings, studios and granny flats are designed by Gordon Smith, our own architect, using his knowledge and experience of what our clients want.
Individuality. We designed the first InsideOut for ourselves. Now we design offices and granny annexes for you, your security and peace of mind.
Caring For Your Environment. Our buildings are sensitively built with eco-friendly materials. We use double layers of insulation combined with breathing technology to protect computers, books and musical instruments all year round. Our garden offices are carefully finished with beautiful larch cladding grown in small, managed woodlands in Scotland and Northumberland.
Eco Friendly And Sustainable. Our offices have individually made, double-glazed doors and windows. The roofs are finished with cedar shingles that mature and mellow with the years.
Eco-friendly outbuilding. 25% of CO2 emissions come from domestic buildings. We specify materials manufactured in the UK using low levels of industrial energy, chemicals and transport to reduce CO2 emissions.
